ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT POLICY
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
- Made-to-Order / Pre-Order items require extended production time. Estimated timelines are noted on product pages. updates on fulfill will be done as necessary.
- During high-volume periods (holidays, launches, collaborations), processing times may be extended.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted.
TIER is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Delivery Timeline: International orders are shipped via USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days.
Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon reaching your country. You are responsible for payment of these fees. We cannot control or predict these charges.
Customs Delays: International shipments may face customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
Importer Responsibility: As the "importer of record," you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from non-compliance.
UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES
If your delivery is rejected or deemed undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
INSPECTION
Inspect your delivered products upon receipt to ensure they are in the expected condition. If the products are not as expected, contact us at info@shoptier.nyc as soon as possible. Provide your order number, contact details, a description of the issue, and photographic proof.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a free exchange, credit or refund.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the incorrect or damaged item.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
We are not liable for delays or failures to fulfill obligations caused by events outside of our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to fire, floods, severe weather, explosions, wars, acts of terrorism, industrial disputes, or actions by local or central governments.
Returns & Exchanges Policy

RETURNS
TIER operates with intention and limited production.
- All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
- We do not offer refunds for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or delays within stated timelines.

Approved cases will be resolved via replacement, store credit, or exchange at TIER’s discretion.
EXCHANGES
All exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Condition Requirements
Items must be unworn, unused, and in new condition.
TIER reserves the right to deny any exchange that does not meet these requirements.

Exchange Value Differences

Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return and re-shipment shipping costs for exchanges.
- If TIER sent the incorrect item, TIER will cover return and replacement shipping.
Address Issues
- Customers are responsible for re-shipment costs if an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
- If you entered the wrong address at checkout, contact us within 24 hours. TIER is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect address entries.
Lost or Defective Items
- TIER is not responsible for lost packages once handed off to the carrier.
- For defective items, email info@shoptier.nyc with your order number, description of the issue, and photos. Claims are reviewed within 24-48 hours.
