Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, shipping times may be extended by 1-2 business days.
PROCESSING GUIDELINES
Processing typically takes 1-2 business days. All products on our website are subject to availability, and payment must be successfully received before your order can be processed.
If any of the products you ordered are out of stock or if additional identification is required for credit card verification, we will contact you directly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES
Delivery Timeline: International orders are shipped via USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 6-10 business days.
Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes upon reaching your country. You are responsible for payment of these fees. We cannot control or predict these charges.
Customs Delays: International shipments may face customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
Importer Responsibility: As the "importer of record," you are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from non-compliance.
UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES
If your delivery is rejected or deemed undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
INSPECTION
Inspect your delivered products upon receipt to ensure they are in the expected condition. If the products are not as expected, contact us at info@shoptier.nyc as soon as possible. Provide your order number, contact details, a description of the issue, and photographic proof.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product:
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a free exchange or refund.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days of us receiving the incorrect or damaged item.
EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
We are not liable for delays or failures to fulfill obligations caused by events outside of our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to fire, floods, severe weather, explosions, wars, acts of terrorism, industrial disputes, or actions by local or central governments.
Returns & Exchange

RETURNS
We do not offer returns at this time. However, we’re happy to provide store credit or process an exchange. Please contact us at Info@shoptier.nyc to arrange this.
EXCHANGES
Timeframe: All exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Initiation: Exchange requests must be initiated via email at info@shoptier.nyc.
Condition Requirements: Items must be returned unworn and in new condition. TIER reserves the right to deny exchange requests if the returned item does not meet these requirements.
Required Information: Include the original order number, desired size, and item details in your email.
Exchange Value Differences
If the item you wish to exchange is not of equal value to the replacement, please contact us via email at info@shoptier.nyc for further instructions.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of both the returned and new items during exchanges.
If you received the wrong item, TIER will cover the shipping costs for both the return and replacement.
Address Issues
If items are returned to us by USPS due to an incomplete or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the postage for re-shipment.
If the address entered at checkout is incorrect, please contact us IMMEDIATELY (preferably within 24 hours). TIER is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entries.
Lost or Defective Items
Lost Packages: TIER is not responsible for lost packages of any kind once they have been handed off to the mail carrier.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, email us at info@shoptier.nyc with your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and images if possible. We will review your claim and respond within 24 hours with a resolution.
